Returns & Refund Policy
Customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date they, or a third party appointed by them, receive the product, except where legal exclusions apply.

and provide your order number and the products you wish to return.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the products must normally be returned within 14 days.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging.
Sealed and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products once the protective seal has been removed after delivery, where such products cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene reasons.
Therefore, where COVEN products are supplied with a hygiene or security seal, they may only be eligible for a change-of-mind return if the seal remains intact.
This restriction does not affect the customer's statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
Refunds
Once a valid return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or the customer has provided evidence that the product has been shipped back.
Any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service may not be refundable.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue and the packaging.
We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
