Orders are normally processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, periods of high demand, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, all orders will be delivered without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the date the purchase contract is concluded, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed before checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
